First off, the waitlist idea is genius. If you need a specific time, you can join a waitlist and let Heather know what time/day you need. If she can fit you in, she will! This was amazing as I needed an appointment the day before my baby shower.

Second, I was very unhappy with how my hair turned out when getting it done at another salon. Heather was able to squeeze me into her schedule and save my hair!

I was so excited to get an appointment with Heather! I have long hair and I like it really layered and textured because I style it often. I let her know, and she offered some suggestions as well. She gave me an amazing haircut that looks perfect air dried wavy, straight, or curled with an iron. Heather paid amazing attention to detail and delivered an exceptional experience. One of the best haircuts I've had and my hair feels amazing!
